Vegan sauces and protein biscuits are the new releases that Aromatech and its partner DKSH will present during their first participation in Alimentaria. To dazzle Spanish palates, the French brands will showcase their products, inspired by the world’s cuisines and featuring natural flavours, such as cheeseburger, and truffles, for their vegan sauces; and hazelnut & acai, and yoghurt, in their biscuits.

The market for vegan sauces will keep booming in upcoming years as consumers are switching to plant-based diets due to their greater environmental awareness and also because more and more people are embracing diets with health benefits. Thus, Aromatech develops modern products inspired by international recipes.

Regarding the protein biscuits, they touch down at Alimentaria after their initial success at the Biofach Fair. Natural snacks rich in protein are another trend in healthy eating, as more and more people are aware of the chronic problems that the consumption of processed products can cause.
