Bridor’s Bun’n’Roll turns puff pastry into the ideal complement to any menu

Bun’n’Roll is the new spiral-shaped puff pastry bun with which Bridor reinforces its presence in the Spanish market. Made with a delicious croissant dough, it stands out for its exceptional buttery flavour and unique texture, which allow it to highlight ingredients and enhance flavours, whether in sweet desserts, classic hamburgers or creative vegetarian options. It is a versatile piece of pastry, suitable for any time of the day.

In addition, the French leader in the high-end frozen pastry sector presents at Alimentaria the New York Roll, a viennese delight of golden puff pastry filled with cream or ganache, decorated with glaze or additional ingredients, which is prepared by baking the Bun’n’Roll in a perforated mould for 15 minutes at 165-170 °C.

This filled pastry has become a phenomenon on social media, with more than 80 million views on TikTok, where people share their experiences and culinary creations. What makes the New York Roll so fascinating is its diversity of flavors, ranging from tempting options like chocolate, pistachio, praline and orange blossom to surprising savoury versions.

To inspire culinary creativity, Bridor has developed 25 recipes that harness the full potential of Bun’n’Roll: from the Jura burger with tête de moine cheese or the veggie burger with chimichurri sauce, to desserts such as bourbon vanilla cream and crunchy praline and the supreme orange and chocolate ganache.

Bun’n’Roll is available in boxes of 50 units, each with its respective recyclable paper mould.
