Campomayor introduces WOVO, its egg-white based drinks and yoghurts as a fantastic alternative to dairy products

The egg revolution

Campomayor, a family business located in the rural heart of Galicia and a leader in egg-related innovation, launches its WOVO brand through its spin-off Mundo Healthy. This new product category is being launched on the market as a revolutionary alternative to dairy- and plant-based drinks, due to both its texture and taste, and its properties.

WOVO, 100% natural, is made with egg whites and calcium, and is rich in protein with a high biological value, including the nine essential amino acids. It contains no lactose, gluten, fat, carbohydrates or added sugars.

The range includes WOVO Beverages, produced from UHT egg whites with calcium and vitamin D, packaged in one-litre containers and available in three different versions (Original, Calcium and Cocoa). And then there are WOVO Yoghurts, little cups of a fermented egg white-based preparation with calcium, available in the Original version and with fruit (Strawberry and Passionfruit). All of them really stand out on the shelves of the major supermarkets with their striking red packaging, which is eye-catching and unusual in this product segment, and with real fruit in its design.
