Mantequerías Arias brings together fifteen cheeses that have won international awards in the new Haute Fromagerie range
Cheeses that are champions of the world
Mantequerías Arias brings together some of the best cheeses in the world in its new Haute Fromagerie range. They’ve been selected by Roland Barthélemy, the most highly-rated master cheesemaker on the planet, ambassador of the Cheese Heritage of France and president of the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers. It includes fifteen cheeses that have won prestigious prizes, including the World Cheese Awards, the Concours Général Agricole de Paris and the Mondial du Fromage.
Mantequerías Arias thus explores the universe of signature cheeses and brings them closer to gastronomy lovers to inspire them by means of unexpected combinations of flavours that convert each creation into an experience based on tradition, excellence, authenticity and true know-how.
Attendees at Alimentaria will be able to taste Haute Fromagerie’s variety of cheeses, which include blue ones such as the Saint Agur, winner of the gold medal at the 2019 World Cheese Awards and the super gold medal at the 2021 Mondial du Fromage, soft cheeses like the Époisses Berthaut, runner-up at the 2021 World Cheese Awards, and the Rogue River Blue, which, wrapped in edible vine leaves soaked in pear liqueur, was voted the best cheese in the world at the 2019 World Cheese Awards. The range also includes a very particular cheese, the Au Bouchon, whose central part is occupied by a cork.
