At Alimentaria Microfy Systems presents Honey.AI, the robotic digital microscope equipped with artificial intelligence that analyses honey quality and variety. It’s a very useful tool for honey packers, as it ensures that they can track the quality of the product and the production process in a simple and affordable way.

Thanks to image processing and several neural networks fed with more than 180,000 photographs, the device quickly analyses the product on site, conducting pollen, yeast, colour, conductivity, crystallisation level, and other necessary analyses.

In this way, the microscope can use a sample to determine a honey’s variety, whether it is single flower or multifloral, for example.
