Frozen pizzas with artisanal flavour
The secret of Italpizza’s success is its ability to industrially reproduce the artisanal production methods of traditional pizzerias, thanks to an exclusive process that includes fermentation of the dough for more than 24 hours, manual spreading of the product and cooking exclusively in a wood oven.
The leading brand in the production of frozen pizzas will present for the first time at Alimentaria its emblematic 26×38 rectangular pizza, available in four flavours: five cheeses, ham, tuna and onion, and salami.
In addition to the rectangular pizzas, those attending the Italpizza stand will be able to discover the La Numero Uno range, which stands out for its typical dough from the Neapolitan tradition and offers the flavours of margarita, five cheeses, ham, ham and mushrooms, salami, and tuna and onion.
Italpizza will also present at Alimentaria the new Minibag range, mini pizzas in bags of eight units, the ideal format for family appetizers and snacks. They are available in four flavours: cheese, margarita, ham and bacon.
