Jack Daniel’s and Coca-Cola pay tribute to the popular cocktail with a new canned product
The traditional cocktail, now in a can
Jack Daniel’s & Coca-Cola Zero Sugar takes the market by storm to pay tribute to the world’s favourite mixed drink. This is one of the latest launches by Coca-Cola in the category of ready-to-drink alcoholic beverages, stemming from an agreement signed one year ago with the popular whiskey brand.
The new product seeks to meet the growing demand for low-calorie options, one of the top priorities of consumers of ready to drink (RTD) alcoholic beverages. Indeed, the launch was extremely well received on the Spanish market, reaching the top three in the RTD spirits-based category.
The new beverage complies with the responsible marketing policy of The Coca-Cola Company and the Brown-Forman corporation, the owner of Jack Daniel’s, as the can bears the legally-required symbols to encourage responsible consumption, only for those of legal drinking age. In addition, all its marketing actions comply with the highest standards of responsibility in each market, in compliance with current legislation and respecting the local culture.
