Delpeyrat prepares to launch new specialities made with authentic French duck foie gras
Genuine French foie gras
At Alimentaria, Delpeyrat, the leading foie gras brand in France, will present the specialities that it will launch on the market after the summer: Le Divin, made from 50% duck foie gras, seasoned and flavoured with Port and Armagnac; and its gourmet range with 35% duck foie gras in natural or fig flavours.
Le Divin contains no allergens and is made from the livers of ducks bred, slaughtered and processed in Delpeyrat’s own production chain, allowing it to guarantee the product’s traceability and French origin. On the palate, its exquisite taste and texture are similar to that of a block of foie gras.
With the market launch planned in September 2024, the new speciality is presented in a crescent-shaped tub. The foie gras is easy to remove, and ideal for spreading on toast or sharing as an appetizer.
As for the new gourmet recipes (dye free), they have a smooth texture, making them easy to spread, and are also made with livers of French origin.
