Sarrade launches its new premium range of smoked salmon, hand-cured with dry salt and without preservatives

Sarrade, a food firm for professionals boasting more than 170 years of history, arrives at Alimentaria with major new innovations. At this edition, it will present its new and exclusive range of smoked salmon, a premium range featuring a natural smoking process using beech wood, cured by hand with dry salt and without preservatives.
The new product hits the market with five varieties: whole salmon slab, salmon fillet with 16 weighed slices, traditional smoked salmon tenderloins, and smoked salmon strips and cubes.
All the products will be sold frozen, in addition to its range of foie gras and deep-frozen duck derivatives.
